Before you book

  • Give the breed, rough weight and age, and say when the last groom was.
  • Mention any matting: heavily matted coats often have to be clipped short and can cost more.
  • Ask what's included: bath, dry, clip, nails, ears and hygiene trim.
  • Ask how long your dog will stay and whether you can wait or should come back.
  • If your dog is nervous, elderly or has a health condition, say so when you book.
