Before you book
- Give the breed, rough weight and age, and say when the last groom was.
- Mention any matting: heavily matted coats often have to be clipped short and can cost more.
- Ask what's included: bath, dry, clip, nails, ears and hygiene trim.
- Ask whether the van needs a parking space or a power or water hook-up at your home.
- If your dog is nervous, elderly or has a health condition, say so when you book.
