Before you book
- Tell the groomer your dog's breed, size and age, and when it was last groomed.
- Say if the coat is knotted or matted; it changes the time and the price.
- Ask what's included: bath, dry, clip, nails, ears and hygiene trim.
- Ask for a pick-up time; some salons keep dogs for the whole morning.
- If your dog is nervous, elderly or has a health condition, say so when you book.
