Before you book

  • Give the breed, rough weight and age, and say when the last groom was.
  • Say if the coat is knotted or matted; it changes the time and the price.
  • Ask what's included: bath, dry, clip, nails, ears and hygiene trim.
  • Ask for a pick-up time; some salons keep dogs for the whole morning.
  • If your dog is nervous, elderly or has a health condition, say so when you book.
