Before you book

  • Tell the groomer your dog's breed, size and age, and when it was last groomed.
  • Mention any matting: heavily matted coats often have to be clipped short and can cost more.
  • Check whether nails, ears and a hygiene trim are part of the price.
  • Ask how long your dog will stay and whether you can wait or should come back.
  • If your dog is nervous, elderly or has a health condition, say so when you book.
